Hosting & data posture

- Our Data Center apps run entirely on your own infrastructure. No data leaves it. We never receive, process, or store your issue data.
Security
Last reviewed: 2026-07-17Report vulnerabilities to security@werkstack.dev. Include steps to reproduce if you can.
We acknowledge security reports within 48 hours. We keep you informed while we investigate and fix the issue. We do not take legal action against good-faith research.
Support

GDPR / DSGVO
Last reviewed: 2026-07-17We are Werkstack GmbH, a German company based in Leipzig. We operate under the GDPR (DSGVO) by default, not as an add-on.
For our Data Center apps, we process no personal data at all. The apps run on your infrastructure and nothing is sent to us.

Cloud vs. Data Center
Last reviewed: 2026-07-17Cloud and Data Center versions of the same app can differ in feature set. This is normal for Marketplace apps and we would rather say it than let you find out after purchase. Each product page states which hosting types the app is available for. If you need a specific feature confirmed for a specific hosting type, ask us and we will give you a precise answer.
Atlassian program badges
Last reviewed: 2026-07-17Built on Atlassian Forge. The app runs inside Atlassian's infrastructure and customer data does not leave it.
We only list badges Atlassian has actually granted. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certifications and we do not claim any.
